Featured Installations

The Philadelphia Mint

Tuff Wrap installed Suspended Cover (46,680 sq. ft.) for a roof removal down to concrete decking. The Mint was able to continue coin production and protect employees during the project.

During roof removal, the Tuff Wrap cover caught chunks of concrete and large quantities of roof board.

The contractor was United States Roofing Corporation.


The Budd Company

This facility stamps out car hoods and doors. Tuff Wrap installed a 1,000 linear foot Vertical Wall and approximately 30,000 square feet of Drape & Cover over machinery and inventory. The company was able to maintain normal production during the reproofing.

The contractor was United States Roofing Corporation.


Harley Davidson Company

During a scheduled seven day shut down, Tuff Wrap crews, working around the clock, installed 25,650 square feet of Suspended Cover to protect the facility during a full tear off down to decking.

The contractor was J. H. Brandt.


Johnson & Johnson

Tuff Wrap installed 22,000 square feet of Suspended Cover over the production lines of their facility while the company maintained its normal production schedule.

The contractor was Aetna Roofing.


Clemson University’s Little Johns Coliseum

This extensive project required over 96,000 square feet of Tuff Wrap cover with a fire-retardant specification. Protection systems included exterior walls, chimney wrap, and a water diversion system.

The contractor was Beers Skanska.
